Send Salesforce Reports effortlessly

Everything begins at the Report Sender tab. Here you can see all the report schedules that you have access to. Click Send Now to send any of the reports, or use the Edit or Delete links to update them. To schedule a new report, just click New Schedule.

Step 1

Choose a report and enter what you want in the email. If you can see the report and it doesn't exceed any Salesforce imposed <a href="https://help.cloudanswers.com/en/articles/3280610-report-sender-limits" target="_blank">limits</a> then you can schedule it. Joined reports are supported in Plus edition only.

Step 2

Add your recipients, choose the delivery schedule, and the report format. Uncheck the Active field if you want to leave it disabled while you test it. Click save and you're all done - relax and know that report sender will deliver your report for you.

Great App, simple to use, does what SF amazingly doesn't offer. The app is really easy to set up, and reports are very easily scheduled. I found that now that I have no limit the number of reports I can subscribe to, I customize reports even further. After the trial it was an easy decision to buy the plus version, and have the excel formatted reports, and skip empty reports.
